I studied English Language at Cardiff University which left me with not only a questionable knowledge of all things grammatical but a love of rugby and the the atmosphere a sporting event brings to a city. I write for Sportsister, England Netball magazine, produce match reports for Hertfordshire Mavericks and The Welwyn and Hatfield Times, and have worked at the BBC and Westgate Sports Agency in Cardiff.

I'm a keen netball player,umpire, coach and advocate of promoting the sport in which England excels. I am also particularly interested in raising the profile of women's sport in the media and providing inspiring role models for young girls. It's fair to say i'll watch most sports, keeping a particular eye on not just netball but the adventures of Tottenham Hotspur, Andy Murray and equestrianism.
